Mr. Moore is in his second year leading the Bay District Schools' Career and Technical Education programs. A native of Okaloosa County, he graduated from Crestview High School in 2003. Jonathon earned a Bachelor's Degree from Louisiana State University in 2008 and a Master's Degree in Education Leadership from the University of West Florida in 2013. Mr. Moore is in his 17th year of service with Bay District Schools.

Chandra Tyson is the Career and Technical Education (CTE) Coordinator for Bay District Schools, a position she has held since 2020. With a strong passion for helping students reach their fullest potential, Ms. Tyson has dedicated over 20 years to Bay District Schools, serving in various leadership roles such as Supervisor of Elementary Education, assistant principal, and assistant administrator. Prior to her current role, she was the principal of Rosenwald High School, where she advocated for CTE career pathways in agriculture, early childhood education, digital design, and hospitality and tourism.

Ms. Tyson's commitment to student success and educational growth is evident in her long-standing service and advocacy for diverse educational opportunities. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of South Florida and a Master’s in Educational Leadership. Before joining Bay District Schools, Ms. Tyson was a dedicated teacher and an appointed district administrator in Student Services, further enriching her understanding of the broader educational landscape. Through her leadership, she continues to drive innovation and create pathways for student success within the CTE department.

Stacey Shanklin, PhD

Dr. Shanklin is a dedicated advocate for Career and Technical Education (CTE) with extensive experience as an educator and leader in the field. Originally from Indiana, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business and Secondary Education from Ball State University in 2000. She later pursued her passion for education and leadership, earning an MBA in Marketing from Strayer University in 2006 and a Doctorate in K-12 Educational Studies from Capella University in 2014, where her dissertation focused on CTE.

As the CTE Academic and Career Coach, Stacey is committed to supporting educators, enhancing student opportunities, and fostering meaningful community partnerships. She plays a vital role in advocating for CTE programs, ensuring students gain valuable skills that prepare them for future careers.

Outside of her professional work, Stacey enjoys reading, traveling, tackling DIY projects, and spending quality time with her family.

Heather Webb is a dedicated and detail-oriented professional currently serving as a CTE Data Clerk. She moved to Panama City in 1989, where she quickly adapted to her new surroundings and made it her home. Heather is a proud graduate of Rutherford High School, where she developed a strong foundation for her future career.

Now, with her experience in educational data management, she is passionate about supporting students and teachers in the Career and Technical Education (CTE) field, ensuring that all data is accurate and organized. As a newcomer to this role, Heather brings a fresh perspective and a strong work ethic, always striving for improvement and efficiency.
