On behalf of Bay District Schools and Chartwells K-12 School Food Service, we would like to welcome you to our page! We do more than feed hungry students at Bay District Schools. We improve how students eat by preparing fresh, delicious and nutritious meals they love! We engage students and all of their senses through the creation of new and fresh dining experiences that improve their school day. If you need a refund for your student’s lunch account, please email FSSupport@bay.k12.fl.us with your name, your student’s name and student’s school, a mailing address and a phone number in case we need to contact you.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation.
