Bay County is not only home to the world's most beautiful beaches, it's also called home by some of the country's finest educators. Our teachers, many of whom are distinguished both statewide and nationally, are dedicated to providing highly-effective learning environments for their students and to establishing strong partnerships with the families of those students. Their work is supported by the dedication and compassion of hundreds of support employees who ensure that our students receive the best services possible, from the buses they ride in the morning to the lunches they eat midday to the instructional assistance they receive in the classroom. The efforts of our teachers and support employees are coordinated and supported by a passionate group of administrators with a true heart for children and a strong belief in the value of public education.
