 Union Negotiations

In an effort to ensure clear, consistent and transparent communication with our employees, Bay District Schools will maintain this website throughout the bargaining process with both the Association of Bay County Educators (ABCE) and the Bay Educational Support Personnel Association (BESPA). After each bargaining session, documents and proposals shared will be uploaded into the respective folders and will be grouped by bargaining meeting date. Only documents will be uploaded, no commentary or opinions will be shared on this website. We hope the addition of this service for our employees will help those interested remain connected with the bargaining process and will give them a chance to review the documents and proposals from the unions and the district. Where you see documents with two sets of signatures and the abbreviation "TA", those documents have received mutual final approval and will be incorporated into the contract.
